**The trade-in value of a Device is based upon the condition of your Device. The trade-in value of the Device is determined using a third party tool provided by Phobio; subject to change. Trade-in value is paid in PC Optimum^TM points and is not redeemable for cash (10,000 points is worth $10 in free rewards). The full amount of the trade-in value may be redeemed at time of purchase of a new device and activation or can be used toward the purchase of accessories at The Mobile Shop^TM. Trade-in value is non-negotiable. All trade-ins under the Program are final. The Mobile Shop^TM is under no obligation to return any Device traded-in by you under the Program. If you return your newly purchased device, your Device will not be returned to you. You may be permitted to use the value of the trade-in value towards a different new device, and any remaining value can be used towards accessories. No cash refunds.
