What if I am missing PC Optimum™ points?
If you are missing PC Optimum points on your recent transaction, please follow these instructions:
- Open the PC Optimum application on your phone.
- Select "Points" at the bottom.
- Select "Transactions" at the top and scroll down.
- Select "Start a points inquiry" and follow the instructions.
