What if I am missing PC Optimum™ points?

If you are missing PC Optimum points on your recent transaction, please follow these instructions:
  1. Open the PC Optimum application on your phone. 
  2. Select "Points" at the bottom.
  3. Select "Transactions" at the top and scroll down.
  4. Select "Start a points inquiry" and follow the instructions.
