Trade-in Program

New and existing customers can trade in their current phone for store credit or upgrade to a new device.

What you'll need.

Your phone! You must completely own your phone to trade it in and be sure to:

  • Back up and delete any personal information on your phone
  • Remove the SIM card
  • Deactivate the phone

Show us a better price & we'll match it! We’ll match any advertised price on any device

Price Match Guarantee

We will match any authorized dealer's advertised price on any wireless handset (identical manufacturer, model, colour, memory, etc.) advertised on the same contract terms by the same service provider. We do limit one Price Match Guarantee per customer.

What you'll need.

A copy of an authorized dealer's current advertisement (online, in-store or print) for the device. The price must be valid and in Canadian dollars on the day of your price match request.

We price match gift cards too!

If an advertised promotion includes gift cards, our Price Match Guarantee applies total the total value of the promotion; i.e. price and gift card value. We will match gift card offers with PC Optimum points. 10,000 PC Optimum points = $10 value
