What do I do if I am missing points?
If you are missing PC Optimum points on your recent transaction, please follow these instructions:
Open the PC Optimum application on your phone.
Open the PC Optimum application on your phone.
Select "Points" at the bottom.
Select "Transactions" at the top and scroll down.
Select "Start a points inquiry" and follow the instructions.
